Born in Tanzania, Erard holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (ESAMI, Tanzania) and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (The American Intercontinental University London, UK).

Erard Joined Pangani Advisory in September 2019.

Erard is an experienced banker and has worked in various senior position in international Banks for 20 years in Tanzania including Standard Chartered Bank, National Bank of Commerce (ABSA), and Standard Bank of South Africa (Stanbic Bank), gaining vast corporate client experience in various sectors such as Telecoms, Manufacturing, Media, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, NGOs, Power & Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Consumer, China, Oil & Gas. Erard has also acquired extensive knowledge in Transactional & Investment Banking.

Additionally Erard has also worked in the motor industry for the leading brand Toyota Motor Corporation (Tanzania Distributor) where he significantly contributed to the marketing of the brand in Tanzania.

Erard is also an entrepreneur and is currently involved in the field of micro finance, debt management, financial advisory and others. Erard also speaks French fluently.
